Carrying her Celine handbag in the crux of her arm, Casey beamed as she made her way into the LoveLite clinic to try out Lipoglaze.
According to the website, the non-evasive treatment offers body contouring without surgery and can see between 11-59 per cent fat reduction.
She later tweeted a snap as she underwent the procedure, writing: ‘At @LoveLiteUk having a lovely time having Lipoglaze. Summer here I come’.
Casey kept her long brunette locks down for her outing, while sporting dark sunglasses on her head and silver hoop earrings.
Despite tweeting: ‘I’m a poorly bunny today! Hate being ill, still out in meetings though, have to be a trooper and march on’, she looked well as she walked down the street.
During her time on the Channel 5 show, Casey appeared to be visibly upset as Lee appeared to string both her and Jasmine Waltz along.
However the Blue singer soon turned his attentions to the US actress leaving Casey confused, before the pair got close again in the final week of the show.
After her eviction, she told host Emma Willis: ‘I was smitten with Lee, I liked him. Not no more, though.
‘My family and friends know my weak point … I go back to someone that hurts me and I do it over and over again. Having this so in my face, I’m going to learn my lesson this time and not do it again.’
